- Monitor activity within your current billing period
- Understand how usage is distributed across branches and users

Improvements
Keyflo - Support for shared devices

We’ve added improvements to the Keyflo task page to support clients using shared devices.
With this update:
- The currently logged-in user’s name is now displayed on the task page
- A Log out option is available, allowing users to switch accounts before completing tasks
This helps ensure the correct client completes their tasks when multiple users are accessing Keyflo on the same device.
Terms of business optimisations
This improvement went live on 10th March.
We’ve introduced an improved Terms of business journey to make sending documents for E-Sign faster, clearer, and more flexible.
The new journey:

- Reduces the time taken to send documents for E-Sign
- Supports both first and second contact signatories
- Allows signers to apply a signature, rather than just agreeing to terms
- Supports enhanced E-Sign functionality, including checkboxes, text fields and attachments
- Ensures documents sent via this journey are included in billing and usage data, including the new Alto service usage dashboard
- Aligns Timeline entries with the Ad Hoc E-Sign process
- Displays documents sent via this journey on the eSignatures dashboard
