Alto Academy (formerly Alto Skills) learning pathways are guided, structured training journeys that bring together short lessons into one route for your role. If you would rather be told what to learn and in what order - instead of picking individual skills - a pathway is the place to start. There are learning pathways for sales, lettings, managers and accounts, and each one is a Quickstart Pathway designed to get you up and running quickly.
What is a learning pathway?
A pathway combines short 3-5 minute lessons in Alto Academy into a single, step-by-step journey. Nothing is compulsory, so you can skip anything that is not relevant to you and still work through the rest in order.

Which pathways are available?
Sales Quickstart Pathway
