When your contacts (clients) are using Keyflo, you can notify them of progress with the sale by showcasing the sales progression milestones. Not only does this reduce any back and forth progress queries, but it keeps the progressions running smoothly.
However, this functionality needs to be enabled first in order for the sales progression milestones to become visible when using Keyflo.
Enabling sales progression
To enable this functionality at group level, Group Administrators can use the Keyflo option in the Tools dropdown menu to toggle it on.

Enabling this functionality will automatically deactivate sales progression milestone updates in PropertyFile. All vendors with a recent milestone update will receive an email invitation to Keyflo and any active progressions will be automatically transferred
- Click Tools on the main navigation bar
- In the dropdown menu, click Keyflo
- In the Sales progression section, toggle on Enable sales progression
Every time you update a milestone, your contact (client) will get an automatic email telling them that there is an update on the sale of their property. The email will contain a note of what milestone has been updated and a link to click for more information.
By clicking View update, your client can then log in to Keyflo and view all of the milestones for their property so they can see exactly where they're at from start to finish. They can also see helpful descriptions of what each default milestone means to simplify what can be a tricky process to follow and keep your clients updated of each step without them having to ask you to explain it.
If you have added any custom milestones, these will also show - there just won't be any additional explanation.
