Configuring your Keyflo branding

Your Keyflo branding and branch contact details are all pulled from Alto and can be configured by your Group Administrator. 

The Keyflo portal pulls through your brand logo on the right hand side of all the tabs, and the Contact tab outlines your branch name and contact details.

Additionally, your brand logo and contact details carry across to Keyflo email templates (whether its for registration, for an 'owner task' the client needs to complete, progression updates etc) to give more prominence to your brand.

If you'd like to configure/check what logo and branch contact details will be used, follow the steps below in Alto:

Uploading/checking your logo

The logo shown on the right hand side of all the tabs in Keyflo will be pulled from your brand settings in Alto. 
To upload or view your current logo:

  1. Click Tools on the main navigation bar
  2. In the dropdown menu, click Templates and admin
  3. On the side menu, under System Tools, click System Administration
  4. Click Brands
  5. Click Edit next to the brand you wish to view
  6. Scroll down to Media Items to view your uploaded media items (your logo may already be uploaded here).
    To upload your logo, click Upload New File
    1. Name - Your logo must be uploaded with a file name of "logo"
    2. Media Type - Click Public Image from within the dropdown menu
    3. Sub Type - Click Logo from within the dropdown menu
    4. Printable Library Image? - Tick this 
    5. Choose File - Navigate to where your logo is saved on your computer or network, and click Open
    6. Click Upload

 Best practice

We recommend your logo be 312px max x 80px max in .png format, and that you use white/light lettering, or, one with a coloured background box for best results 

Configuring/checking your branch contact details

The branch name and contact details shown on the Contact tab in Keyflo will be pulled from your branch settings in Alto. 
To configure or view your current branch name and contact details:

  1. Click Tools on the main navigation bar
  2. In the dropdown menu, click Templates and admin
  3. On the side menu, under System Tools, click System Administration
  4. Click Branches
  5. Click Edit next to your branch
  6. The fields highlighted below are what pulls through - if needed, alter the fields
  7. Click Save
