The first step involved in Pre-marketing of the property is to add or edit the property details. As part of this, the Property questionnaire 'owner task' lets you share a questionnaire to gather National Trading Standards material information about the property from the owner.
In addition to the default set of 50+ questions included in the questionnaire that are published to portals, we've now expanded the question library for both sales and lettings so you're able to configure it to your needs by choosing to include from over 250 extra, optional questions based on best practice from PropertyMark.
Configuring your property questionnaire questions
To configure this functionality at group level, Group Administrators can use the Keyflo option in the Tools dropdown menu.
- Click Tools on the main navigation bar
- In the dropdown menu, click Keyflo
- In the Pre marketing section, select either the Sales questionnaire or Lettings questionnaire
- The standard questions will be pre-selected by default - any answers to these default questions can be imported directly into Alto. Work your way through the tabs selecting the remaining questions you would like to include
- Click Save all changes
- Click Proceed with changes
Now, whenever you send the Property questionnaire 'owner task', it will include all the questions you have selected.
The full process of Adding property details to a property by sending a property questionnaire, including FAQs, can be viewed here.
Note
- You only need to configure the questionnaire once
- Any additional questions you choose to add to the questionnaire will not import onto the property record directly. However, they'll be available for review at any time by clicking Review on the Property questionnaire 'owner task'
