Changing the pipeline status of a sale in progress

You can change the pipeline status of a property purchase in progress. This status only affects sales reports; i.e. if your agency has a need to, when producing sales reports, you can group sales by this field.

Changing the pipeline status can be done in any one of two ways, either from Progressions or from Properties.

Changing the pipeline status of a sale from Progressions

  1. Click Progressions on the main navigation bar
  2. In the dropdown menu, click NEW Sales progressions
  3. You can filter the sales by Branch, Conveyancer, Sales Progressor or Status if you need to narrow down the number of sales listed. Click View full progression alongside the relevant sale in the list
  4. Click Actions
  5. In the dropdown menu, click Change Pipeline Status
  6. In the Pipeline Status dropdown menu, click the relevant option

  7. Click Save

 Note

The list of Pipeline Status options available to you will have been customised in System Administration by your appointed Group Administrator.

Changing the pipeline status of a sale from Properties

  1. Click Properties on the main navigation bar
  2. Select the relevant property from Recent & Favourite Properties
    1. Alternatively, find the property using the Search Properties bar in the top right
  3. Click Actions
  4. In the dropdown menu, click Sales Progression
  5. Click Actions
  6. In the dropdown menu, click Change Pipeline Status
  7. In the Pipeline Status dropdown menu, click the relevant option

  8. Click Save

 Note

The list of Pipeline Status options available to you will have been customised in System Administration by your appointed Group Administrator.
