Updating the sales progression review date

Once a property sale enters the progression stage, a Review Deal task is created for you to review the deal to help you keep it on track. You can update the review date to schedule regular check-ins, change priority or reassign responsibility as needed.

The sale review date for a property purchase can be updated in any one of two ways, either from Progressions or from Properties.

Updating the sale review date from Progressions

To update the sale review date from Progressions:

  1. Click Progressions on the main navigation bar
  2. In the dropdown menu, click NEW Sales progressions
  3. You can filter the sales by Branch, Conveyancer, Sales Progressor or Status if you need to narrow down the number of sales listed. Click View full progression alongside the relevant sale in the list
  4. In the Transaction Management section, click the downward facing arrow to the right of Pending Task(s) to display the task list

  5. Click the task titled Review Deal
  6. A task window opens. Click Complete to change the Status of the task.
    The Completed date will default to todays date. You can amend this by overtyping it, or, by selecting the relevant date using the calendar
  7. Type in any additional Notes to keep your colleagues appraised of the progress
  8. Click Save
  9. Click Yes when asked if you would like to schedule another review?
    1. If someone else if going to be responsible for the next review, click Assigned To to change negotiator
  10. To indicate when you next intend to review the progress of this sale, update the Target/Due Date by typing a new date or selecting a date from the calendar
    1. Change the Priority, if required
  11. Enter any required Notes, i.e. to remind yourself what will need checking next time
  12. Click Save

Your new reminder appears at the set date in the Reviews area of the Tasks widget on the Dashboard.

Updating the sale review date from Properties

  1. Click Properties on the main navigation bar
  2. Select the relevant property from Recent & Favourite Properties
    1. Alternatively, find the property using the Search Properties bar in the top right
  3. In the Transaction Management section, click the downward facing arrow to the right of Pending Task(s) to display the task list

  4. Click the task titled Review Deal
