Configuring or removing property types

When entering property details in the About the Property section (Properties>Property>Marketing), the Type dropdown menu contains a predefined list of property types.

You can configure which property types are available for selection, and change the order in which they display within the dropdown menu.

You can also remove Property Sub-Types if they are not applicable to your business.

To configure available Property Sub-Types:

1. Click Tools (the cog) on the main navigation bar
2. In the dropdown menu, click Templates and admin
3. On the side menu, under System Tools, click System Administration
4. Click Group Settings
5. Scroll down and click Property Sub-Types
6. Tick the Property Sub-Types you want to make available within the Selected list. Untick any Property Sub-Types you no longer require
7. To change the order in which Property Sub-Types display within the Type dropdown menu, alter the numbers in the boxes below Display Order. (When you save, the property types will display in your chosen order)
8. Click Save
