 Did you know...

There's a Lettings pipeline and Lettings performance dashboard as part of our Analytics functionality.

We’re gradually replacing Alto’s Classic reports with the more insightful and flexible Analytics. As part of this transition, the Classic reports will be phased out in the future.

The Tenancy Details report allows you to create a list of your tenancies and then filter them by their property status, management type, tenancy status and branch.

To create your Tenancy Details report:

  1. Click Reports on the main navigation bar
  2. In the dropdown menu, click Classic reports
  3. Click Lettings in the side menu under Reporting Groups
  4. Click Tenancy Details under Lettings Reports
  5. You can select from several Report Options under Your Report to filter by:
    1. Overseas - (Include/Exclude)
    2. Order
    3. Direction
  6. The report can be further filtered, grouped and ordered using the additional tabs under Your Report
  7. Click Create Report to generate a one off report
    1. You can also Export the report into a .pdf, Excel or .csv document if you prefer to view it in an alternative format
  8. The report will automatically open in a new browser tab once created
    1. It'll also be available within your Report requests, allowing you to open it later should you wish. Click Open to open the report or Clear to remove it
