Phone system integration with CRE Group

Alto has integrated with CRE Group, who are a UK based managed service provider that can integrate your phone system into Alto to provide a powerful, unified communication solution.

By connecting your phone system directly with Alto, as soon as an agent answers their phone, the name of the Alto contact pops up, improving customer experience and efficiency. On top of this, it will enable features like click-to-dial, call recording, and automatic contact syncing.

What are the benefits of using CRE Group?

  • Instant screen pop - See the relevant Alto contact as soon as a call is answered, so you know exactly who you’re speaking to and can respond confidently
  • Click-to-dial calling - Make outbound calls directly from Alto to save time and support more efficient follow-ups and conversions
  • Automatic call recording and logging - Record calls automatically and link them to the correct Alto contacts for compliance, auditing and reference
  • Improved training and quality assurance - Use recorded calls to support agent training, maintain service standards and continually improve the customer experience

Setting up the integration

If you would like to request access, whether you're an existing CRE Group customer or if you want to get set up as a new customer:

  1. Click Integrations on the main navigation bar
  2. Click the Communications category
  3. Below CRE Group, click Tell me more
    1. If you're an existing CRE Group customer and want to integrate your account with Alto, click Integrate CRE Group. Slide the toggle indicating you have an account and select the branches you'd like to activate. Then, click Integrate, at which point your request will be sent
    2. If you're a new customer wanting to get set up with CRE Group, click Register interest. Complete the short form and click Submit. CRE Group will then contact you to set up a no-obligation chat so you can find out more about them and how they integrate with Alto

To check on the status of your integration request and whether it's activated within Alto, you can view the Tell me more > Integrate page.

Here, within the Branch integration section, you can view a Sent date alongside the available branches you have access to - this is the date upon which an activation email was sent to the partner.

How does the integration work?

CallSwitch One is a VoIP business phone system that offers advanced call management including IVR menus, call queues, on-hold music, time-based routing and more, helping businesses provide a professional customer experience. 

The integration will link your existing CallSwitch One VoIP system to your Alto CRM. 

  • CallSwitch One pulls in: 
    • Alto contacts and Alto user login emails
  • CallSwitch One pushes into Alto: 
    • Phone call information from phone calls made to and from Alto contacts, on to the contacts Timeline
