Alto has integrated with Moneypenny, who provide tailored answering services for estate and letting agents.
Moneypenny give you a lead receptionist and a small supporting team to act as trusted members of your in-house team. By integrating with Alto, every enquiry is captured and logged instantly - helping your team respond quickly and focus on converting new leads.

Setting up the integration
If you would like to request access, whether you're an existing Moneypenny customer or if you want to get set up as a new customer:
- Click Integrations on the main navigation bar
- Click the Communications category
- Below Moneypenny, click Tell me more
- If you're an existing Moneypenny customer and want to integrate your account with Alto, click Integrate Moneypenny. Slide the toggle indicating you have an account and select the branches you'd like to activate. Then, click Integrate, at which point your request will be sent
- If you're a new customer wanting to get set up with Moneypenny, click Register interest. Complete the short form and click Submit. Moneypenny will then contact you to set up a no-obligation chat so you can find out more about them and how they integrate with Alto
To check on the status of your integration request and whether it's activated within Alto, you can view the Tell me more > Integrate page.
Here, within the Branch integration section, you can view a Sent date alongside the available branches you have access to - this is the date upon which an activation email was sent to the partner.
How does the integration work?
Monypenny integrates with Alto to have inbound calls pre-qualified and leads dropped automatically into Alto as a new contact.
- Moneypenny receptionists answer your inbound calls - Their dedicated property team knows the industry inside out. Briefed by you, they’ll get to know how you and your team like to work and answer calls exactly as if based in your office - impressing your clients with every interaction
- During calls - With all your company information at their fingertips, their team have natural, free-flowing conversations with your callers. By capturing all the details you deem important and asking the right questions, they pre-qualify leads there and then
- New contacts created directly in Alto - Once a call is complete, all the information they've gathered is added instantly into Alto as a new contact, giving your team everything they need in real time - and allowing them to focus on converting those contacts into clients
