Withdrawing an offer from a property

Within Alto, you're able to withdraw an outstanding offer that has been made but not yet accepted, or withdraw an offer that has already been accepted.

Recording offer withdrawals ensures negotiation records remain accurate, all parties are kept informed, and property marketing or progression workflows can be updated accordingly.

An offer can be withdrawn from any one of three locations, either from the Dashboard, from Properties, or from Contacts (the applicant).
