Alto has integrated with Prospector Pro, an AI call intelligence and lead generation platform designed to help estate and letting agents turn more conversations into deals. 

By integrating with Alto, Prospector Pro captures and analyses every phone call, automatically generating summaries, identifying missed opportunities and structuring key actions. This data is synced directly into Alto, giving you full visibility of interactions, reducing manual admin and helping teams prioritise follow ups, improve performance and convert more leads into instructions.

What are the benefits of using Prospector Pro?

Setting up the integration

If you would like to request access, whether you're an existing Prospector Pro customer or if you want to get set up as a new customer:

  1. Click Integrations on the main navigation bar
  2. Click the Lead Management category
  3. Below Prospector Pro, click Tell me more
    1. If you're an existing Prospector Pro customer and want to integrate your account with Alto, click Integrate Prospector Pro. Slide the toggle indicating you have an account and select the branches you'd like to activate. Then, click Integrate, at which point your request will be sent
    2. If you're a new customer wanting to get set up with Prospector Pro, click Register interest. Complete the short form and click Submit. Prospector Pro will then contact you to set up a no-obligation chat so you can find out more about them and how they integrate with Alto

To check on the status of your integration request and whether it's activated within Alto, you can view the Tell me more > Integrate page.

Here, within the Branch integration section, you can view a Sent date alongside the available branches you have access to - this is the date upon which an activation email was sent to the partner.

How does the integration work?

Prospector Pro integrates with Alto to automatically capture and structure call data.

When a call is completed, Prospector Pro generates a summary, identifies key actions and tags important outcomes such as valuation requests or follow ups. This information is then automatically synced into Alto against the relevant contact or property record.

This ensures every interaction is recorded and visible within Alto, giving your team a complete, up to date view of customer conversations without manual input.
