Alto has integrated with Valuation Leads, a platform designed to help you uncover and convert valuation opportunities within your existing database.
By integrating with Alto, Valuation Leads analyses your data alongside live market activity to identify contacts most likely to book a valuation. It then automates targeted email campaigns to engage those contacts, helping you nurture your database at scale and generate more valuation opportunities without manual effort.

Setting up the integration
If you would like to request access, whether you're an existing Valuation Leads customer or if you want to get set up as a new customer:
- Click Integrations on the main navigation bar
- Click the Lead Management category
- Below Valuation Leads, click Tell me more
- If you're an existing Valuation Leads customer and want to integrate your account with Alto, click Integrate Valuation Leads. Slide the toggle indicating you have an account and select the branches you'd like to activate. Then, click Integrate, at which point your request will be sent
- If you're a new customer wanting to get set up with Valuation Leads, click Register interest. Complete the short form and click Submit. Valuation Leads will then contact you to set up a no-obligation chat so you can find out more about them and how they integrate with Alto
To check on the status of your integration request and whether it's activated within Alto, you can view the Tell me more > Integrate page.
Here, within the Branch integration section, you can view a Sent date alongside the available branches you have access to - this is the date upon which an activation email was sent to the partner.
How does the integration work?
Valuation Leads integrates with Alto to identify and act on valuation opportunities within your Alto database.
Contact and property data from Alto is securely accessed and matched against live market activity to highlight contacts who may be ready to sell or let.
Targeted, AI generated emails are then sent via your mailbox to engage these contacts and encourage valuation bookings.
This creates an automated pipeline where your existing Alto data is continuously analysed and nurtured to generate new opportunities.
