Alto has integrated with Nesti, an AI platform built for UK estate and letting agents to capture, qualify and convert enquiries across phone, WhatsApp and web chat.
By integrating with Alto, Nesti uses live property data from your Alto account to answer inbound enquiries in your agency's own brand voice, recommend relevant listings, qualify applicants, and help book viewings and valuations. After each conversation, Nesti writes transcripts, summaries, action items and contact information back into Alto, helping your team respond faster, reduce admin and keep Alto as your single source of truth.

Setting up the integration
If you would like to request access, whether you're an existing Nesti customer or if you want to get set up as a new customer:
- Click Integrations on the main navigation bar
- Click the Lead Management category
- Below Nesti, click Tell me more
- If you're an existing Nesti customer and want to integrate your account with Alto, click Integrate Nesti. Slide the toggle indicating you have an account and select the branches you'd like to activate. Then, click Integrate, at which point your request will be sent
- If you're a new customer wanting to get set up with Nesti, click Register interest. Complete the short form and click Submit. Nesti will then contact you to set up a no-obligation chat so you can find out more about them and how they integrate with Alto
To check on the status of your integration request and whether it's activated within Alto, you can view the Tell me more > Integrate page.
Here, within the Branch integration section, you can view a Sent date alongside the available branches you have access to - this is the date upon which an activation email was sent to the partner.
How does the integration work?
Nesti integrates with Alto to sync live property data into Nesti and write enquiry information back into Alto.
From Alto, Nesti receives live property information including listings, status, price, location and key attributes. This gives the AI an up-to-date view of your stock, allowing it to discuss specific properties and recommend relevant listings during calls, WhatsApp conversations and web chats.
Nesti then uses your agency’s qualification process, local knowledge and conversation flows to handle enquiries, capture key details, identify the type of caller and help progress actions such as booking viewings or valuations.
After each conversation, Nesti automatically generates a transcript, summary and list of action items. This information is then pushed back into Alto against the relevant contact record.
If the enquirer does not already exist in Alto, Nesti creates a new contact automatically, helping keep your CRM up to date without manual data entry.
This allows your team to continue working in Alto while Nesti handles enquiries, qualifies leads and records key conversation details in the background.
