Setting the available from date for a lettings property

If a lettings property isn't available for immediate occupancy, you can set the date it's available from on the property record. This lets applicants know when they can move in.

1. Click Properties on the main navigation bar
2. Select the relevant property from Recent & Favourite Properties
   1. Alternatively, find the property using the Search Properties bar in the top right
3. Click Property on the side menu
4. Click the Marketing top tab
5. In the Available field, enter the date the property is available from, or click the calendar and select the date 
6. Click Save
