When a let property becomes available to rent again, you can put it back on the market by changing its status to Let (Marketing). This re-markets it on the portals and websites Alto uploads to.
- Click Properties on the main navigation bar
- Select the relevant property from Recent & Favourite Properties
- Alternatively, find the property using the Search Properties bar in the top right
- Click Actions
- In the dropdown menu, click Change Status
- In the Change Property Status window, in the New Status dropdown menu, click Let (Marketing)
- Click OK
The property is back on the market, ready to re-let.
