Withdrawing a property

If advertising is to cease and/or the property is no longer open to offers, you're able to withdraw the property from the market. This process is identical for both sales and lettings properties.

1. Click Properties on the main navigation bar
2. Select the relevant property from Recent & Favourite Properties
   1.  Alternatively, find the property using the Search Properties bar in the top right
3. The property Overview displays. Click Actions
4. Click Change Status
5. In the New Status dropdown menu, click Withdrawn
6. Confirm any Board change details (if applicable)
7. Type in any relevant Notes
8. Click OK
9. At this point, you may be given the opportunity to create and generate the appropriate letters relating to the property being withdrawn. Tick which letters you wish to generate and click Open Letters Now.
   They can then be edited, finalised and sent like any other letter

The property status shows as Withdrawn. The property will be removed from the portals and no longer be included when matching.
