Withdrawing a property

Withdrawing a property takes it off the market when advertising is to stop or it's no longer open to offers. A withdrawn property is removed from the portals and is no longer included when matching. The process is the same for sales and lettings properties.

  1. Click Properties on the main navigation bar
  2. Select the relevant property from Recent & Favourite Properties
    1. Alternatively, find the property using the Search Properties bar in the top right
  3. On the property Overview, click Actions
  4. In the dropdown menu, click Change Status
  5. In the Set New Status section, in the New Status dropdown menu, click Withdrawn
  6. Confirm any Board change details (if applicable)
  7. Type in any relevant Notes
  8. Click OK
  9. At this point, you may be given the opportunity to create and generate the appropriate letters relating to the property being withdrawn. Tick which letters you wish to generate and click Open Letters Now.
They can then be edited, finalised and sent like any other letter
For more information on how to Edit and send an event driven letter, click here

The property status shows as Withdrawn.

 Did you know...

You can archive a withdrawn property to hide it from property searches. Unlike Completed or Let properties, a withdrawn property can be unarchived later if you need to return it to the market. See Archiving, finding and unarchiving a property
