The final stage of progressing a let is the Move-in stage. This is where you confirm the tenancy has now begun.

Alto's new lettings progression journey is under development. The step-by-step written instructions below do reflect the most recent updates in the process.
Move-in
This is the final stage of the progression and should not be completed until the day the tenant moves in to the property.
- Return to the progression, either by selecting the progressions tab in the main navigation bar, then clicking ‘lettings progressions beta’, or simply select the progressions tab on the property side menu. Find the relevant progression and click Manage Progression to jump back in.
- Click Finalise let. A warning message will appear asking if you are sure. To confirm, click Continue
This completes the progression. The tenancy has now started and you can manage it from the tenancies tab in Alto.
