Alto has integrated with Tapi, an AI driven maintenance platform designed to simplify property maintenance workflows for agents, landlords, tenants and contractors.
By integrating with Alto, Tapi streamlines the entire maintenance process - from tenant issue reporting and job creation through to contractor coordination and invoicing. With automated updates, reminders and real time data sync, you can reduce admin, speed up approvals and manage maintenance more efficiently while delivering a better experience for landlords and tenants.

Setting up the integration
If you would like to request access, whether you're an existing Tapi customer or if you want to get set up as a new customer:
- Click Integrations on the main navigation bar
- Click the Property Management category
- Below Tapi, click Tell me more
- If you're an existing Tapi customer and want to integrate your account with Alto, click Integrate Tapi. Slide the toggle indicating you have an account and select the branches you'd like to activate. Then, click Integrate, at which point your request will be sent
- If you're a new customer wanting to get set up with Tapi, click Register interest. Complete the short form and click Submit. Tapi will then contact you to set up a no-obligation chat so you can find out more about them and how they integrate with Alto
To check on the status of your integration request and whether it's activated within Alto, you can view the Tell me more > Integrate page.
Here, within the Branch integration section, you can view a Sent date alongside the available branches you have access to - this is the date upon which an activation email was sent to the partner.
How does the integration work?
Tapi integrates with Alto to create a seamless, two way maintenance workflow.
Property, landlord, tenant and contractor data is synced from Alto into Tapi, allowing maintenance jobs to be created and managed within the platform.
As jobs progress, status updates are pushed back into Alto, and once completed, invoices and final details are synced automatically to close the job.
This ensures both systems remain aligned, reducing manual input while keeping Alto as your central source of truth.
