Alto has integrated with LightWork AI, a conversational AI platform designed to automate high volume operational tasks across sales, lettings and property management.
By integrating with Alto, LightWork AI uses its AI assistant, Felicity, to handle tenant communication, prospect enquiries, maintenance coordination and compliance workflows across channels such as WhatsApp, email, SMS and phone. This allows teams to reduce manual admin, respond instantly and focus on higher value activities while routine operations run automatically.

Setting up the integration
If you would like to request access, whether you're an existing LightWork AI customer or if you want to get set up as a new customer:
- Click Integrations on the main navigation bar
- Click the Property Management category
- Below LightWork AI, click View
- If you're an existing LightWork AI customer and want to integrate your account with Alto, click Set Up LightWork AI. Tick to confirm you have a LightWork AI account, then click Enable integration. Select the branches you'd like to activate, then click Activate
- If you're a new customer wanting to get set up with LightWork AI, click Register interest. Complete the short form and click Submit. LightWork AI will then contact you to set up a no-obligation chat so you can find out more about them and how they integrate with Alto
To check on the status of your integration request and whether it's activated within Alto, you can click on Integrations > My Integrations > LightWork AI Settings > Branches.
Here, within the Branch integration section, you can view the current status for each branch, alongside the date of the most recent status change.
How does the integration work?
LightWork AI integrates with Alto to automate operational workflows while keeping Alto as the central source of truth.
Key data such as properties, tenants, prospects, contractors and compliance records is synchronised between Alto and LightWork AI. This enables Felicity, the AI assistant, to manage enquiries, coordinate tasks and automate communication using up to date information.
All activity carried out through LightWork AI remains aligned with Alto, ensuring your team has full visibility of interactions and updates without manual input.
