Alto has integrated with KPR, who are specialists in automated property inspection management, repairs and habitation compliance.
KPR software covers the full tenancy cycle, i.e. inventory check-in and check-outs, and their specialist midterm reporting application sends collated information from the mid-term visit and applies it to their habitation and certificate manager to easily track the properties legislation, producing a property habitation status.
Their maintenance repairs module also allows tenant reported issues to be logged on KPR through their app or via QR code, which can be assigned to a contractor and completed on their system.
What are the benefits of using KPR?
Setting up the integration
If you would like to request access, whether you're an existing KPR customer or if you want to get set up as a new customer:
- Click Integrations on the main navigation bar
- Click the Property Management category
- Below KPR, click Tell me more
- If you're an existing KPR customer and want to integrate your account with Alto, click Integrate KPR. Slide the toggle indicating you have an account and select the branches you'd like to activate. Then, click Integrate, at which point your request will be sent
- If you're a new customer wanting to get set up with KPR, click Register interest. Complete the short form and click Submit. KPR will then contact you to set up a no-obligation chat so you can find out more about them and how they integrate with Alto
To check on the status of your integration request and whether it's activated within Alto, you can view the Tell me more > Integrate page.
Here, within the Branch integration section, you can view a Sent date alongside the available branches you have access to - this is the date upon which an activation email was sent to the partner.
How does the integration work?
The integration between Alto and KPR uses a secure two-way API connection to create a real-time data link between both systems. When property, tenancy, landlord or tenant details are created or updated in one system, they automatically update in the other. This removes the need to enter information twice, helping to reduce duplication and minimise errors.
When an inspection or compliance report is completed in KPR, a .pdf copy is automatically added to Alto. This means you can view and manage your reports directly within Alto without switching between systems. Any appointments scheduled in KPR, such as check-ins, midterm visits or check-outs, are also sent to Alto, giving you full visibility of upcoming inspections.
KPR’s compliance module tracks key safety and legislation requirements across your portfolio. It monitors expiry dates for certificates and reminders for upcoming checks, helping you stay compliant and organised.
Any changes made in either system, such as an updated tenant address or a move-out date, are synchronised instantly. This ensures that information in both Alto and KPR is always up to date and accurate.
From inventory and check-in through to midterm inspections, maintenance, and check-out, the integration supports every stage of the tenancy cycle. By linking Alto’s property management tools with KPR’s inspection, compliance and repairs modules, you can manage the full tenancy process in one place.
