Automate end to end property maintenance with Brickwise

Alto has integrated with Brickwise, an AI powered property operations platform designed to automate maintenance workflows and tenant communication.

By integrating with Alto, Brickwise manages the full lifecycle of maintenance issues - from initial tenant reporting and diagnosis through to contractor coordination and completion. With multichannel communication and real time data sync, you can reduce manual admin, improve response times and deliver a more consistent service while keeping Alto as your central source of truth.

Setting up the integration

If you would like to request access, whether you're an existing Brickwise customer or if you want to get set up as a new customer:

  1. Click Integrations on the main navigation bar
  2. Click the Property Management category
  3. Below Brickwise, click Tell me more
    1. If you're an existing Brickwise customer and want to integrate your account with Alto, click Integrate Brickwise. Slide the toggle indicating you have an account and select the branches you'd like to activate. Then, click Integrate, at which point your request will be sent
    2. If you're a new customer wanting to get set up with Brickwise, click Register interest. Complete the short form and click Submit. Brickwise will then contact you to set up a no-obligation chat so you can find out more about them and how they integrate with Alto

To check on the status of your integration request and whether it's activated within Alto, you can view the Tell me more > Integrate page.

Here, within the Branch integration section, you can view a Sent date alongside the available branches you have access to - this is the date upon which an activation email was sent to the partner.

How does the integration work?

Brickwise integrates with Alto via a secure API to automate maintenance workflows while keeping Alto fully aligned.

Property, tenancy and contact data is synced from Alto into Brickwise, providing the context needed to manage maintenance issues automatically. When a tenant reports an issue, Brickwise handles diagnosis, contractor coordination, scheduling and communication.

As the job progresses, structured updates - including job creation, status changes, contractor details and communication history - are pushed back into Alto.

This ensures Alto remains the central source of truth, while Brickwise manages the day to day execution of maintenance tasks in the background.
