Every time we've added a new feature, we've notified all our users within Alto itself utilising in product messaging.

Fixed an issue with links in Reporting beta
This product fix went live on 28th February.
Within Reporting beta, we were made aware that the property and contact links to Alto were displaying when reports were exported, making it hard to read the property address.
We have now fixed this by adding links to Alto in a new column.
Fixed an issue where Arrears letters can be sent in error
This product fix went live on 21st February.
If you used the search to filter the records listed and then clicked on the green tick at the top of the list to Include ALL, when you clicked Create Documents, Alto created an arrears letter for all records in the original list instead of the filtered list.
This has now been fixed.
Fixed an issue where Batch receipts can be posted in error
This product fix went live on 21st February.
If you used the search to filter the records listed and then clicked on the green tick at the top of the list to Include ALL, when you clicked Batch Receipts, Alto was posting receipts to all records in the original list instead of the filtered list.
This has now been fixed.
Fixed a visual issue with the Owner listing approval 'owner task'
This product fix went live on 20th February.
As part of our new property workflow, the Owner listing approval 'owner task' lets you review a portal-like version of the listing and share it with the owner (via Keyflo) to get their approval and any feedback on the listing content.
We’ve now fixed a visual issue around how rooms and paragraphs were displayed.
Previously rooms were displayed over one line such as 'Room Name, Paragraph about the room'. This has now been corrected to show over two lines.
