Product fixes
Fixed an issue regarding open transactions when changing ownership
This product fix went live on 22nd April.
We were made aware of an issue whereby an ‘open transactions’ message was displayed if you tried to change the ownership % on a property with a £0 supplier payment.
Before allowing a change of ownership, one of the checks Alto performed was that all bank transactions have been reconciled. £0 supplier payments don't appear on the bank reconciliation and cannot be reconciled, and so this prevented the ownership being changed.
This has now been fixed by removing the check for zero payments from the open transactions check.
Fixed an issue with the Group users filter
This product fix went live on 17th April.
We were made aware of an issue whereby the Status filter in System Administration>Group Users was not returning all Active users when specified.
This has now been fixed.
Fixed an issue where the property status was inconsistent when an offer was accepted on lettings properties
This product fix went live on 17th April.
We were made aware of an issue whereby:
- If an offer was made from Properties on the main navigation bar, the property status was set to Let Agreed by default, but with the option to set it to Let (Marketing) if you wanted to
- If an offer was made from Contacts on the main navigation bar, the property status was set to Let (Marketing) by default, but with the option to set it to Let Agreed if you wanted to
This has now been fixed so that if the property status is Let (Marketing) and an offer is made on a property, no matter how the offer is made, the property status now defaults to Let Agreed with the option to select Let (Marketing).
Fixed an issue where tenants weren't displayed when booking a viewing
This product fix went live on 16th April.
We were made aware of an issue whereby when booking a viewing, the Tenant(s) tab did not show a tenant if the tenancy status was Vacate In Progress, Renewal In Progress or Periodic.
This has now been fixed.
Fixed an issue with the Property Management Dashboard
This product fix went live on 14th April.
We were made aware of an issue whereby if you were working through a list of items (i.e. works orders, event dates or arrears), Alto would periodically refresh the whole Property Management Dashboard resulting in the list of items closing and you being returned to the dashboard.
This has now been fixed.
