We've made amendments to ensure we now have a consistent approach as to whether or not archived properties display on Analytics report dashboards:
- Lettings performance - no filter
- Lettings pipeline - filter available (defaults to not show archived)
- Applicants - filter available (defaults to not show archived)
- Sales pipeline - filter available (defaults to not show archived)

- Property Management: Maintenance - filter available (defaults to not show archived)

Fixed an issue with PropertyFile showing old tenancies as current
This product fix went live on 27th August.
We were made aware of an issue whereby tenancies with a status of Renewal in Progress were not displayed when landlords logged into the Landlord tab on PropertyFile. This resulted in them seeing an old vacated tenancy as the current tenancy.
This has now been fixed.
Fixed an issue with OFSI report statuses within Analytics
This product fix went live on 27th August.
Within Analytics, specifically the OFSI compliance report, we were made aware of an issue whereby tenancies may have incorrectly shown that checks hadn't been carried out, when it was clear in Alto that they had.
The logic of the report has been investigated and this has now been fixed.
Fixed an issue with fall throughs displaying within Analytics
This product fix went live on 22nd August.
Within Analytics, specifically the Sales performance report, we were made aware of an issue whereby not all fall throughs were displaying. We found that if an accepted offer was withdrawn via the property Timeline, this wasn't being included.
This has now been fixed.
Fixed an issue with duplicate records displaying within Analytics
This product fix went live on 22nd August.
Within Analytics, specifically the Property Management: Maintenance report, we were made aware of an issue whereby duplicate records were being shown when the Lead Tenant column was added to underlying data.
This issue has been resolved by making a change to the data model to now only include the Lead Tenant for the current tenancy.
Fixed an issue with PM users making a save
This product fix went live on 19th August.
We were made aware of an issue whereby when making a save on a user that is Property Management enabled, Alto thought you were trying to add a new Property Management user. Users then had to untick PM enabled and make the change, and then save and re-tick PM enabled, before saving again.
This has now been fixed.
Fixed an issue with lettings properties matching to contacts regardless of the furnishing type
This product fix went live on 15th August.
We were made aware of an issue whereby the property furnishing type was ignored when matching a lettings property to suitable tenants.
This issue has been resolved by adding a new Furnishing option to the Match On options.
This option is unticked by default to ensure previous matching behavior continues but it can be manually ticked in the Match On options on the property record.
To match on Furnishing type by default, the option can be ticked in Tools>Templates and admin>System Administration>Branches>Edit>Branch Settings>Match On Selection.
Fixed an issue with property documents not linking when emailing from a tenancy
This product fix went live on 15th August.
When emailing from a tenancy, you can attach documents from Alto, and there's a property and a tenancy option. However, we were made aware that the property option wasn't working as intended.
This has now been fixed.
Fixed an issue with hyperlinked images in .pdf's
This product fix went live on 15th August.
The letter editor has the ability to add hyperlinked images but we were made aware that these didn't always work in the generated .pdf documents.
This has now been fixed.
Fixed an issue with hyperlinks in letters
This product fix went live on 15th August.

Fixed an issue with the 'Total Found' displaying incorrectly when creating property match groups
This product fix went live on 15th August.
We were made aware of an issue whereby when creating new property match groups, the Areas selection within the Property Details tab didn't update the number of records shown in Total Found.
This has now been fixed.
Fixed an issue with Keyflo viewing reminder scheduling
This product fix went live on 13th August.
We were made aware of an issue whereby if you sent viewing reminders the day before the event, the email template content erroneously referred to the viewing as happening ‘today’ rather than ‘tomorrow’.
This has now been fixed.
Fixed an issue with brochures not supporting EPC graphs where the value was over 100
This product fix went live on 12th August.
We were made aware of an issue whereby EPC values over 100 created EPC graphs within brochures that had no values.
This has now been fixed and these now appear as 100+ as per the image below.
Fixed an issue with diary appointments not being visible for other branch users
This product fix went live on 12th August.
When a diary appointment is created, it's associated with the branch of the user who created the appointment. This caused a problem if a user was booking an appointment for a user in a different branch.
If the user the appointment was booked for didn't have access to the branch of the creator, the appointment was not visible their diary. This has now been fixed.
Fixed an issue with Keyflo viewings
This product fix went live on 8th August.
Based off your initial feedback, we've tackled the following bugs:
- Email duplication - We’ve tightened the events/rules for sending viewing update notifications to prevent multiple emails being sent so that these are looking for time/date changes, accompanied/unaccompanied, applicant name changes
- Unconfirmed viewings - Fixed an issue which meant that in some scenarios, updated unconfirmed viewings were sending a notification
- Accompanied/Unaccompanied - Fixed an issue which meant the logic behind showing a viewing as unaccompanied was incorrect
- Viewing reminders sent at original viewing time - In some instances, the original viewing reminder was still sent after a viewing had been updated. This has now been fixed
Fixed an issue with property commission charges
This product fix went live on 6th August.
We were made aware of an issue whereby when a property record was transferred between branches, the property commission charge remained linked to the original branch. This caused a problem if you wanted to produce accurate fee reports per branch and/or pay commission to staff based on fees earnt per branch.
This issue has been fixed and future property commission charges raised are now linked to the new property branch.
Fixed an issue relating to letters and GDPR
This product fix went live on 4th August.
We were made aware of an issue whereby letters sent to contacts that have subsequently been deleted were still accessible via the property or tenancy Timeline.
This issue has been fixed by removing the options to View or Edit a letter sent to a deleted contact.
