Fixed an issue with duplicate entries appearing on the sales performance report for fall throughs

We were made aware of an issue whereby within Analytics, the Sales performance report was showing duplicate entries on the Fall throughs tab.

This has now been fixed.

Fixed an issue that was preventing Keyflo property questionnaire details being imported

This product fix went live on 17th June.

As part of reviewing and importing the property questionnaire information, we were made aware of an issue whereby any information that was entered in the Construction field was blocking all the information being imported directly onto the Alto property record.

This has now been fixed, and now the details will successfully import.

Fixed an issue with tenancy statuses as part of Event Dates on the Property Management Dashboard

This product fix went live on 11th June.

We were made aware of an issue with tenancy statuses whereby if a tenancy renewal had been cancelled, Event Dates on the Property Management Dashboard was showing the tenancy status as Renewal Cancelled instead of the actual tenancy status, i.e. Active, Periodic or Vacate In Progress.

This has now been fixed and the correct status is now shown.

Fixed an issue with the ordering of Event Dates on the Property Management Dashboard

This product fix went live on 10th June.

We were made aware of an issue with the ordering of Event Dates on the Property Management Dashboard whereby if you applied filters and a sort order to the dates in a list, when a date in the filtered list was updated, the selected filters and sort order were lost.

This has now been fixed.

Fixed an issue with floorplan sizing

This product fix went live on 10th June.

We were made aware of an issue in our new property workflow whereby when a floorplan was in the the Media gallery, the image of it was being resized and some of the content cropped.

Following changes by the portals, we’ve followed suit by moving the floorplan out of the Media gallery and instead it now shows as a separate image.

This product fix went live on 5th June.

We were made aware of an issue whereby the banner in the Keyflo magic link email wasn’t rendering correctly for users with a Yahoo email address.

This has now been fixed.

Fixed an issue with viewing reminders still being sent to deleted contacts

This product fix went live on 5th June.

We were made aware of an issue whereby if a viewing was booked and confirmed for an applicant, and the applicant contact record was deleted without cancelling the viewing, email and SMS reminders for the viewing were still being sent to the contact.

This has now been fixed.

Fixed an issue with 'approve listing' statuses

This product fix went live on 4th June.

We were made aware of a few issues related to the statuses shown on the Client activity page (accessed via the Client activity notification) for the Approve listing task Type.

Previously there were times when the task was Completed but the agent status was Awaiting approval or the client status was Pending. This has now been fixed.
