Product fixes

Fixed an issue with keys not being recorded on the Timeline

This product fix went live on 25th July.

We were made aware of an issue whereby adding keys to a property wasn't being recorded on the Timeline.

This has now been fixed and a Timeline entry is now logged if a key set is added to a property.

Fixed an issue with the diary view resetting when changing style

This product fix went live on 25th July.

We were made aware of an issue with the Diary in that if you moved to a future date using the Branch View, and then changed to Resource View, the Diary reset back to today's date and you had to go back to the future date on the Resource View.

The future date is now retained when changing the diary style from Branch View to Resource View.

Fixed an issue with viewing and follow up tasks not populating

This product fix went live on 25th July.

We were made aware of an issue whereby the 4 tasks associated with booking and following up a viewing were not reliably being created:

  • A viewing confirmation for the applicant
  • A viewing confirmation for the landlord/vendor
  • A viewing feedback follow up for the applicant
  • A viewing feedback follow up for the landlord/vendor

This has now been fixed.

Fixed an issue with some property updates/changes not being sent to the portals

This product fix went live on 23rd July.

We were made aware of an issue whereby some property updates (i.e. price changes, deletions etc) were not sent to the portals.

This has now been fixed as a result of us making some enhancements around our portal feeds to ensure that all price reductions are quickly reflected on the portals.

Fixed an issue with the 'Market Appraisals booked by branch' report

This product fix went live on 18th July.

We were made aware of an issue whereby the classic Market Appraisals booked by branch report was missing the landlord postcode.

We have addressed this issue via the new Analytics dashboards so that the landlord's postcode is now a selectable field across multiple dashboards including Sales Pipeline, Sales Performance, Lettings Pipeline, and Lettings Performance, providing greater flexibility and precision in data analysis and reporting.

Fixed an issue with a filter in property match groups

This product fix went live on 17th July.

We were made aware of an issue whereby if a property match group included a postcode filter, the match group only returned a maximum of 25 properties.

This has now been fixed.

Fixed an issue with a filter for the output wizard

This product fix went live on 11th July.

We were made aware of an issue whereby the Price per Week filter on the output wizard wasn't working.

Within Contacts>Groups>Actions>Output Wizard, when specifying the requirements for the properties to match, the Price per Week (pw) filter for rental properties wasn't working.

This has now been fixed.

Fixed an issue with matching

This product fix went live on 11th July.

We were made aware of an issue with matching whereby ticking New Build on the property did not remove contacts that were set to New Build = No. (Essentially not preventing contacts who were not interested in new build properties from being matched)

This has now been fixed so that it accurately filters and matches contacts based on their preference.

Fixed an issue when sending draft details

This product fix went live on 11th July.

We were made aware of an issue whereby when sending draft details to the owner, Alto only included the individuals listed as the primary or first contact on the property record. This limitation often led to incomplete information sharing, leaving additional owners or contacts uninformed.

This has now been fixed and all names on all contact records linked to the property are now included in the Draft Details to Owner window.

Fixed an issue with managing agents not being listed within lease details

This product fix went live on 11th July.

On a Leasehold property, within Properties>Property>Marketing, in the Lease Details section, we were made aware of an issue whereby when trying to select the Managing Agent, the only option presented was Unknown.

This has now been fixed and all contacts with a Type of Managing Agent are available for selection.

Fixed an issue with buy to let not showing in matches

This product fix went live on 11th July.

We were made aware of an issue whereby contacts with an Intention of Buy To Let were not included when matching from a property record.

This has now been fixed.

Fixed an issue with viewing and market appraisal reminders

This product fix went live on 11th July.

We were made aware of an issue whereby viewing and market appraisal reminders (on screen and SMS) weren't working. For example:

  • Viewing on screen reminders were appearing for the original date/time after an appointment was moved
  • Viewing SMS reminders were sent for the original date/time when the appointment was moved
  • Market appraisal on screen reminders didn’t appear if the property had more than one valuation booked
  • Market appraisal SMS reminders weren't sent/received

This has now been fixed.

Fixed an issue with anchor links

This product fix went live on 10th July.

We were made aware of an issue whereby anchor links on certain pages (i.e. within our new property workflow) weren't always taking you to the correct part of the page.

This has now been fixed.

Fixed an issue with allowed ip addresses

This product fix went live on 7th July.

We were made aware of an issue whereby if you saved allowed IP addresses, when returning to the screen later, Alto was no longer listing the IP address. Whilst the ip addresses were saved, they were just not showing.

This has now been fixed and is designed to address the specific needs of professionals who require precise filtering options to identify and prioritize contacts based on weekly rental criteria.

Fixed an issue with board management

This product fix went live on 2nd July.

We were made aware of an issue whereby if you selected 2 or more properties, then selected Actions>Send Instructions or Actions>Dismiss Changes, you were presented with an error.

This has now been fixed.
