Product fixes

Fixed an issue with Supplier contact types

This product fix went live on 30th May.

It is no longer possible for a contact record to be changed to or from a Type of Supplier. A new record should be set up if a supplier becomes a landlord/tenant or vice versa.

Fixed an issue with unpopulated section headings on the Listing Review page

This product fix went live on 30th May.

We were made aware of an issue whereby section headings on the Listing Review page (i.e. Full description) were showing even if you'd chosen not to populate the section with information.

This has now been fixed - if the section doesn't have any information, the heading won't display.

Fixed an issue with contact links on the Client activity page

This product fix went live on 30th May.

We were made aware of an issue with contact links on the Client activity page, whereby they were taking users to incorrect pages.

This has now been fixed.

Fixed a performance issue on the Bacs Payment Update screen

This product fix went live on 28th May.

We were made aware of the Bacs Payment Update screen being very slow to load for certain groups.

This was related to £0 deposit refund transactions being created when a deposit refund was allocated to charges, resulting in a £0 refund amount.

The performance when loading the Bacs Payment Update screen has now been improved.

Fixed an issue with Fee Export reports not producing an output

This product fix went live on 12th May.

We were made aware of an issue whereby the Fee Export (Accrual) and Fee Export (Cash) reports were both failing to generate, or, produce an output.

This has now been fixed.
