Setting up the integration
If you would like to request access, whether you're an existing Yo Telecom customer or if you want to get set up as a new customer:
- Click Integrations on the main navigation bar
- Click the Communications category
- Below Alto Connect powered by Yo Telecom, click Tell me more
- If you're an existing Yo Telecom customer and want to integrate your account with Alto, click Integrate Alto Connect powered by Yo Telecom. Slide the toggle indicating you have an account and select the branches you'd like to activate. Then, click Integrate, at which point your request will be sent
To check on the status of your integration request and whether it's activated within Alto, you can view the Tell me more > Integrate page.
Here, within the Branch integration section, you can view a Sent date alongside the available branches you have access to - this is the date upon which an activation email was sent to the partner.
How does the integration work?
Alto Connect brings your phone calls into Alto at every stage, so a call is no longer something that happens outside your CRM.
Before the call - The caller is identified instantly by name, number and caller type (buyer, vendor, landlord or tenant), with their linked properties and full Alto history shown on screen. Your team picks up already informed, and can open the relevant Alto record in one click.
During the call - Everything is recorded and transcribed in real time, so nothing depends on memory or manual notes. From the caller pop-up, your team can also choose which property in Alto the call summary should post to, so notes always land in the right place.
After the call - The call is recorded and transcribed, then run through AI to produce a structured summary: the key points discussed, the next steps your agent promised to take, the call outcome and supporting notes. This is synced into the Alto Timeline automatically, on both the contact record and the relevant property record at the same time, with no manual input required.
Calling out - Your team can dial any contact directly from the Alto Timeline with a single click. The call is made, recorded and logged, all from within Alto, without typing numbers or switching apps.
For managers, the calls your team is already making become visible data. Each call carries sentiment analysis of both parties and a performance score across introduction, active listening, rapport building and closing. Reporting and analytics surface call outcomes, new and existing enquiries, conversion rates, estimated revenue and a breakdown by caller type, alongside a leaderboard showing performance across your agents, teams and branches.
