Alto property workflow - Owner ID checks & Buyer verification checks now available

This new feature went live on 14th October.

We previously launched the beta of our new Thirdfort integration, which introduced market leading automated ID verification and anti-money laundering checks into Alto and Keyflo via the Post-appraisal Owner ID Checks 'owner task'.

Building on that, we've now extended the functionality to support buyers and lettings applicants. We’ve also added source of funds verification for buyers, giving you an extra layer of confidence when progressing a deal.

Improvements

Rightmove real-time leads

This improvement went live on 29th October.

We've made improvements so that the time it takes for a new Rightmove lead to appear in Alto has been drastically reduced - from up to 30 minutes to near-immediate.

New & improved property address lookup

This improvement went live on 10th October.

We've replaced our address lookup service, moving to an API provided by Sprift. This is used in multiple places across Alto but is primarily used when adding a new property or contact.

On property/contact records for example, the new property address lookup will introduce an address selector instead of you having to manually enter the name/number of the property.

Keyflo - email templates updated to give brands more prominence

This improvement went live on 7th October.

We've made a change to Keyflo email templates to give more prominence to brand logos.

Brand logos can be uploaded from Brands settings (Tools>Templates and admin>System Administration>Brands>Edit) and Keyflo will use the most recent brand logo uploaded to that page.

We recommend your logo be 312px max x 80px max in .png format, and that you use white/light lettering, or, one with a coloured background box for best results.
