Our product development team is constantly innovating, to build a better Alto software experience.
Every time we've added a new feature, we've notified all our users within Alto itself utilising in product messaging.
However, for a full list of the changes on a monthly basis such as new features, any improvements or product fixes to our software, please see the relevant articles in our Release Notes sections of the Help Centre.

To view a log of the latest new features within Alto:
- Sign in to Alto
- Click the Alto icon in the bottom right corner of the screen
- Click Product updates
- A summary list of our Product updates display. Some new feature updates will include links that take you to the relevant page within Alto. Popup messaging and/or guides may then launch to provide you with more information on what's new
Improvements
Improvements to the Keyflo registration email
This improvement went live on 17th December.
Based on your feedback, we’ve made some improvements to the Keyflo registration email:
- Removed images so that the Register with Keyflo button is more prominent without needing to scroll
- Embedded a How Keyflo works video
Keyflo verification checks Tasks page optimised
This improvement went live on 15th December.
When your contacts (clients) have been invited to complete their Thirdfort verification checks (and are logged in to Keyflo), they'll be prompted about a Complete verification checks task they have.
Based on your feedback, we’ve optimised the Keyflo verification checks Tasks page so that it makes the Get started button more prominent along with reduced text blocks and clearer links for support and assistance.
Unsubscribe a contact (client) from receiving Keyflo viewing email notifications
This improvement went live on 11th December.
For users of the viewings, feedback & offers module in Keyflo, based on your feedback we’ve added the ability for you to stop email notifications being sent to particular contacts. This may be commonly used for landlords who have a significant portfolio and don't need the viewing information to be shared.
Once viewings, feedback & offers is enabled in your Keyflo settings, there will be a Keyflo section in Alto's Preference Centre on each contact (client) record. The Viewing Notifications preference will have a thumbs up by default.
(As these are service emails and aren't marketing emails or anything to do with your client's marketing preferences, they are displayed separately and upfront permission is not needed)
Contacts (clients) that are unsubscribed will still have access to the Viewings and Offers tabs in Keyflo - this just stops the viewing email notifications from being sent.
