Our product development team is constantly innovating, to build a better Alto software experience.
Every time we've added a new feature, we've notified all our users within Alto itself utilising in product messaging.
However, for a full list of the changes on a monthly basis such as new features, any improvements or product fixes to our software, please see the relevant articles in our Release Notes sections of the Help Centre.
New features
To view a log of the latest new features within Alto:
- Sign in to Alto
- Click the Alto icon in the bottom right corner of the screen
- Click Product updates
- A summary list of our Product updates display. Some new feature updates will include links that take you to the relevant page within Alto. Popup messaging and/or guides may then launch to provide you with more information on what's new
Improvements
Analytics improvements
This improvement went live on 20th November.
Based on your feedback, we’ve made some further improvements to our Analytics functionality:
- Added a new Enquiries tab to the Applicants dashboard to help you monitor portal leads
- Added Number of Viewings to the Sales pipeline dashboard (on the Available tab within the Table breakdown of available properties)
- Added vendor email and phone to the sales dashboards
- Added vendor and buyer Solicitor name to the sales dashboards
- Added the Council (local authority) attribute on the property record into the lettings dashboards. This will help you monitor HMO licenses
- Added Financial services status and who made the referral to the Applicants dashboard
You can add any of these attributes to your reports by selecting ... > Show underlying data > Edit columns > search and select the attribute you want to add
OnTheMarket real-time leads
This improvement went live on 17th November.
OnTheMarket real-time leads are now available within the Enquiries widget on the Dashboard for the first time. If you already publish properties to OnTheMarket, you'll now see the leads automatically come into Alto.
