Analytics - Property Management: Arrears dashboard released

This new feature went live on 27th August.

As part of our Analytics functionality, we've added a new Property Management: Arrears dashboard.

The report provides insight into the money you're owed primarily due to rent arrears but can also provide good visibility and insight to other arrears in a single report.

Some of the answers you can gain from the report include:

  • Percentage of active tenancies in arrears - you may find this useful when marketing your services to prospective landlords. Plus, it can be used to help incentivise your teams to chase down arrears
  • Repeat late payers - we've introduced a new style of visualisation to help you identify tenants that have been in arrears more than once, helping you see who the repeat late payers are, and crucially indicating how much they currently owe. You may find this useful when needing to provide evidence of grounds for serving a Section 8 notice to a tenant
  • Average days to collect - view a month on month comparison for the last 12 months of how many debts you're closing down each month
  • Map of arrears - view a map detailing the arrears hot spots
  • All arrears

Alto property workflow - additional property questionnaire questions

This new feature went live on 26th August.

As part of our new property workflow, on the Pre-marketing tab, the Property questionnaire 'owner task' lets you share a questionnaire to gather National Trading Standards material information about the property from the owner.

In addition to the default set of 50+ questions included in the questionnaire that are published to portals, we've now expanded the question library for both sales and lettings so you're able to configure it to your needs by choosing to include from over 250 extra, optional questions based on best practice from PropertyMark.

This improvement went live on 15th August.

A tip has been added to the top of the Dates tab when creating new property match groups, to avoid confusion with rolling date behaviour.
