However, for a full list of the changes on a monthly basis such as new features, any improvements or product fixes to our software, please see the relevant articles in our Release Notes sections of the Help Centre.

Keyflo - new tabs for Viewings and Offers
This new feature went live on 17th April.
We’ve added new tabs for Viewings and Offers to Keyflo that'll help keep owners informed with how their transaction is progressing.
- Viewings outlines all the confirmed viewings that are booked in for the owners property, and they can see who the applicants are and the time/date of the appointment. Any changes/cancellations appear in real-time too. They can also read any viewing feedback that's been received from the applicants if you choose to share it
- Offers outlines the details of any accepted offers on the property
To enable this functionality, Group Administrators can use the Keyflo option in the Tools dropdown menu to toggle it on.

Alto property workflow - new media uploader with AI
This new feature went live on 11th April.
As part of our new property workflow, we’ve released an AI powered media uploader.
Now you can manage all your media items (photos, floorplans, external brochures, virtual tours, web links) from one place, rather than having to navigate back to the property record.
The new AI powered media uploader lets you:
- Auto-categorise media by type (i.e. AI can identify a floorplan and drop it into the correct section automatically)
- Auto-label photos with AI generated captions
- Upload photos direct from your mobile whilst you're on the go. No more emailing them, then uploading them to Alto when you get back to your desk

Keyflo - 'owner task' optimisations
This improvement went live on 22nd April.
We’ve made some optimisations to Keyflo based on your feedback, with the aim to make 'owner tasks' more flexible. You can now:
- Re-open a completed 'owner task' task and re-send it, i.e. when getting listing approval from the owner, if they don't approve the listing content and ask for amendments, you can now re-send the updated version through for reapproval
- Choose which owner (and email) to send 'owner tasks' to
- Reassign an 'owner task' from one owner to another
Payment group name/property address now included in the email subject of the landlord statement
This improvement went live on 22nd April.
We’ve added a new Email Subject field when creating/configuring landlord payment groups. This new field is blank by default, but you can amend it so that it includes the payment group name/property address in the landlord statement emails subject line.
For this to work, we’ve added a new #payment_group_email_subject# merge code - you'll need to add this to the Subject of the landlord statement email (EmailLandLordStatementNotification) and landlord copy statement (EmailCopyStatementNotification) email templates via Tools>Templates and admin>System Administration>Email Templates.
Once you've done that, if you enter text such as a property address within the Email Subject field, when the landlord receives the statement email they can see in the Subject line of the email which property, or group of properties, is included in the statement without having to open and read the attached .pdf document.
It also means that when searching through historical statement emails, the landlord can easily identify statements for the same property/group of properties.
Subsequently it will also appear on the Timeline.

Send an Email - Consent warnings
This improvement went live on 14th April.
In the Send an email window, consent warnings have been moved from the bottom to the top.
This makes the warnings more visible and less likely to be missed.
Property Groups - Consent filter
This improvement went live on 14th April.
A Consent filter has been added to Property Groups.
This filters the records returned based on the general marketing and/or property matching consent of landlord or vendor contact records linked to the property.
If a property is owned by multiple landlords or vendors, some with consent and some without, the property will be returned in the list if any one of them has consent.
If you continue to Actions>Send Email, an email will only be sent to the landlords/vendors with the relevant consent.
Alto property workflow - warning before navigating away with unsaved changes
This improvement went live on 14th April.
As part of our new property workflow, we’ve added in warnings to support you when editing property information.
If you've made edits but not saved the section, you'll now see an alert if you attempt to navigate away (both in browser if you click the back button, and, within Alto if you click elsewhere on the main navigation bar).
