Alto property workflow - skip the Property questionnaire 'owner task'
This improvement went live on 1st February.
As part of our new property workflow, the Property questionnaire 'owner task' lets you share a questionnaire with your contacts (via Keyflo) to gather National Trading Standards material information about the property from the owner.
We've now made improvements to it based on your feedback so you can mark this 'owner task' as Skipped.
This should help you keep on top of your client task list in situations where the owner didn't engage with Keyflo and/or the property details are being sourced another way.
By skipping the Property questionnaire, it'll:
-
mark the task in our new property workflow as Skipped
-
remove it from the list of properties awaiting client action on the Client activity notification page
- remove it from the contacts (clients) Tasks list in Keyflo
