Alto's reporting functionality, Analytics, gives you more valuable insights into your data than ever before.

Our standard Analytics provide a range of pre-built dashboards to help you monitor performance across your business.

How does it work?

What are the benefits of using standard Analytics?

Standard Analytics offer a range of improvements over Classic reports, helping you access and present your data more effectively.

Some of the key features include:

  • The built in Presentation mode, which allows you to display dashboards in a clear, visual format - ideal for team briefings or board meetings.
    1. Click Reports on the main navigation bar
    2. In the dropdown menu, click Analytics
    3. Open the dashboard you want to present
    4. Click the ellipsis (three dots) in the top right hand corner, then click Present
       
  • The Report scheduling feature, which enables reports to be sent automatically to your inbox or shared with colleagues within your Alto group. This ensures you stay up to date with key performance insights without needing to manually check dashboards.
    1. Click Reports on the main navigation bar
    2. In the dropdown menu, click Analytics
    3. Open the dashboard you want to schedule
    4. Click the ellipsis (three dots) in the top right hand corner, then click Create schedule
