Improvements

 Note

To summarise, the key areas improved across our new property workflow (currently in beta) in the latest beta releases are:

  • View and edit property attributes
  • Share a property questionnaire with your contacts to gather material information using Keyflo
  • Sharing a portal-like mock-up of the listing where you can get owner approval for the listing content using Keyflo
  • View feedback from the owner on the listing
  • Mark the task as complete after addressing any owner feedback
  • See activity related to the listing approval task on the property and contact Timeline
  • Track what is needed to be done to prepare the property for listing
  • New page for updating property listing details

Alto property workflow - new method for adding property attributes

This improvement went live on 28th January.

Alto's new property workflow (currently in beta) is a new way of managing properties through the lifecycle of a transaction.

We've made improvements so you're able to view, edit, and add/update property attributes all from within a new page design. These actions can all be done between sending the property questionnaire and getting listing approval - with no more switching to multiple different pages.

Improvements for Reporting beta

This improvement went live on 24th January.

We've released the following improvements for Alto's Reporting beta:

  • Reports now have links to property and contact records

Keyflo - property questionnaire invite

This improvement went live on 20th January.

The invite to Keyflo's property questionnaire (where contacts complete a form which covers off the material information for their property) is now sent from the Listing prep page of our new property workflow (currently in beta).

This is now consistent with the listing approval task (where you can invite the owner to approve the listing/provide comments based on a preview of it).

Book an inspection via the Property Inspection Event Date

This improvement went live on 20th January.

We’ve added a Book button to the Property Inspection Event Dates widget (on the Property Management Dashboard).

Selecting Book opens the Appointment Details window which allows you to schedule an appointment for the property inspection, and the appointment form will be pre-populated with the following:

  • Negotiators
  • Date & Time - The inspection due date. The time defaults to 12pm for you to amend as required
  • Entry Type - Defaults to property inspection
  • Location - Defaults to the property address
  • Contact(s) - Defaults to the lead tenant
  • Property/Properties - Defaults to the property

When the appointment is saved, the Status of the Property Inspection Event Date will be updated to In Progress and a View button will enable you to view and edit the linked appointment.

If the appointment is cancelled via the Property Inspection Event Date, the Status will revert to Pending and the Book button will re-appear enabling you to book a new appointment.

Quick-Add Contact form - marketing preference consent added

This improvement went live on 6th January.

The Quick-Add Contact form (available by selecting Add New when booking a viewing from the Diary or within the Output Wizard) has been improved as you can now select the contacts (applicants) Marketing Preference consents.

(It's worth noting that the Status selection is 'sticky' which means if you've previously selected a different Status, this will persist until a different one is selected)
