The Active tenants with guarantors dashboard provides a list of tenants linked to active tenancies where a guarantor has been recorded.
The dashboard includes tenant and guarantor contact details, helping you quickly identify and contact guarantors where needed.

Reports in Analytics are organised into dashboards. Each dashboard contains multiple tabs, with each tab displaying a collection of reports (charts, KPIs, and tables).
Accessing the Active tenants with guarantors dashboard
- Click Reports on the main navigation bar
- In the dropdown menu, click Analytics
- Click the Active tenants with guarantors dashboard
Once your dashboard is open, you can click the ellipsis (three dots) in the top right hand corner to:
- Present dashboards in a clear, visual format for meetings
- Schedule reports to be sent automatically to your inbox or team
Plus, you can hover over a chart, KPI, or table and click the ellipsis (three dots) in the top right hand corner to:
- View underlying data to explore and export detailed information
What does this dashboard show?
The Active tenants with guarantors dashboard provides a structured view of active tenants and their linked guarantors, allowing you to:
- View tenant and guarantor contact details in one place
- Export guarantor email addresses and phone numbers
- Identify active tenancies that include guarantors
- Support communication workflows linked to tenancy management and compliance updates
When would I use this dashboard?
You might use the Active tenants with guarantors dashboard to:
- Export guarantor contact details for communication purposes
- Contact guarantors alongside tenants regarding tenancy updates
- Review active tenancies that include guarantors
- Support operational processes linked to the Renters’ Rights Act (RRA)
Note
Although contacting guarantors is not a requirement of the Renters’ Rights Act (RRA), you may choose to communicate important information to guarantors alongside tenants.

Active tenants with guarantors
Shows a list of all tenants linked to active tenancies where a guarantor has been recorded.
- Active tenants with guarantors - This table shows all tenants linked to active tenancies where a guarantor has been recorded, including tenant and guarantor contact details, tenancy status, management type, branch name, and direct property links
Note
If multiple tenants and guarantors have been recorded against the same combined contact record (for example, using the First Person/Second Person fields), the dashboard will display each guarantor separately.
In these cases, the tenant name shown for each guarantor will display the name of the first person listed on the contact record.
