Improvements

Owner ID and AML checks now show on the Compliance tab

This improvement went live on 18th September.

Previously:

To check whether SmartSearch Anti-money laundering (AML) checks had been completed, you needed to go to Contacts > Contact (side menu) > Position (top tab) > Automatic check tab.

For users of Thirdfort's automated ID verification and anti-money laundering checks, if you wanted to see the outcome of the ID checks report, you'd need to go into Alto's property workflow and view the Owner ID Checks 'owner task' on the Post-appraisal tab.

Now:

We’ve streamlined both processes. You can now view the outcomes of both checks directly if you go to Contacts > Contact (side menu) > Compliance (top tab).

Whilst the outcome of the Thirdfort check is still reviewed and marked as complete, or failed, primarily through Alto's property workflow, it's now also displayed in the Compliance top tab. This helps bring all compliance checks (manual anti-money laundering checks/SmartSearch automated anti-money laundering checks/Thirdfort's ID verification and anti-money laundering checks/OFSI checks) together in one place.

Alto property workflow - Owner ID checks now give a warning if a phone number/email address is missing

This improvement went live on 9th September.

Alto and Thirdfort have partnered to bring Thirdfort's market leading automated ID verification and anti-money laundering checks into Alto's property workflow and Keyflo.

Currently in beta and accessed via the Post-appraisal tab, we've improved the Owner ID Checks 'owner task' by providing field validation. Now, when you go to send the ID check, should a contact (client) be missing a phone number/email address, you'll now see a warning with a link to update the contact record, as opposed to an error message previously.
